Summer CampsCampers ages 8-18
Week-long, overnight camps Summers are committed to showing God's love to our campers and making our summer camp experience accessible and supportive of the needs of youth from low-income and vulnerable communities. There are 8 different weeks of summer camps divided up by age group for elementary, junior high, and high school students. Counselors ages 18+ Young adults and college age students give close to 10 weeks of their summers to lead summer camp activities and mentor our campers. They are trained in various areas such as CPR/First Aid, Ropes Course, Life Guarding, behavioral health practices, among much more. 2 week summer camps This is a two week program run concurrently with our traditional summer camp as a transition from being a typical camper towards someday becoming a counselor. The Poeima Campers are participating in discipleship studies, service learning activities, and get a more in-depth look at what goes on behind the scenes when working at camp during the summer. |
Immerse Discipleship/Internship ProgramCollege age / young adults 18+
9 month discipleship program This is a program to build work experience and mature in ones' relationship with God and others. It consists of 9 months of work, life skills, and spiritual development. They will shadow full time camp staff in various vocational areas and will be trained to serve as small group leaders for both our Outdoor Ed & After-school programs. While the job experience and personal growth that one gains through this opportunity is invaluable for transitioning into their next steps in life, reference letters and resume building support will be two additional take-aways from this program. Students needing college credit or internship hours are encourage to meet one-on-one with staff to formulate a plan that will align this experience with their school's requirements. |
MFMS After-School CarePartnership with Marble Falls Middle School
Students grades 6th, 7th, & 8th This program extends the care for students until 5:30pm. It focuses on building relationships through fun activities like games, team building, arts and crafts, and assures that kids have a positive and encouraging environment to go to until someone is able to pick them up. |

Retreat & Rental FacilitiesOur cabins, cottages, kitchens, meeting rooms, and grounds are available for hosting events and retreats throughout the year such as business meetings, staff development, church retreats, family reunions, etc
