ALICEN BESSIRE-OHORAN
Outdoor Education Program Coordinator Alicen builds our curriculum and meets personally with each group to customize their trip. She has 5 years experience as a classroom teacher in both public and private school settings and is bilingual in English/Spanish. She is very passionate about cross-curriculum integration, nurturing creativity, and encouraging better stewardship of the world around us. |

KAYLEY LOWE
OE Outreach Coordinator Kayley communicates with teachers and schools, advertising the Outdoor Ed program and helping set up meetings to plan field trips and retreats. She graduated with her elementary education degree from Oklahoma Christian University, and spent one year in the classroom as a 4th grade teacher before working full time at Camp of the Hills. She is excited to communicate with and work alongside teachers, giving them the best educational, hands-on field trip or retreat experience for their students. |

ALEX FLORES
Booking Coordinator Alex is responsible for bookings and registrations across all programs at Camp of the Hills. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Human Resource Development. After graduation spent her time teaching and working in the school districts. She has a heart and vision for connecting with others as well as raising the next generation. |

MICHAEL THAMES Executive Director Michael has nearly 20 years of combined experience in youth & camp ministry. While some might say his official capacity for Camp of the Hills is as our Executive Director, he also goes by the name of Range-master Hawk-eye and aids in anything archery, fishing, & ropes course related! |

ADVENTURE GUIDES
College students, former summer camp staff, and local volunteers work with our Outdoor Ed Program in a variety of areas by leading small group activities and staffing our kitchen crew for meals.

OTHER SUPPORT STAFF WITHIN OUR CAMP FAMILY
KEVIN OHORAN is our year-round summer camp coordinator, certified high ropes facilitator, and a photographer/videographer! His energy and eye help make our events in the fall and spring extra special!
D'ANN HERROD processes payments and all other official paperwork for Camp of the Hills. She feels very passionately about our Outdoor Ed program and has an extensive background in education herself!
LANDON DIRKS & TEO ROBLEDO take care of all things facility maintenance and grounds. They help keep everything in tip-top shape and we have been blessed by their commitment, hard work, and attention to detail.
